The Metaverse and Real Estate
As a professional real estate agent for over 30 years in California, I can say that I’m a big supporter of having your home staged for sale. First impressions are huge.
A furniture-less house feels lifeless and empty. Not the effect you want to have on prospective buyers when selling your home. Then again, not everyone can afford to have their home staged. Prices vary from stager to stager as does their inventory of furniture. If you decide to stage your property your real estate agent should be able to help you decide who’s the best fit for your property.
If you’re not able to afford a professional stager you might consider Virtual Staging. The foursquare image above was done for a home here in Santa Barbara that’s vacant. And, as you can see from the image the property appears to be beautifully staged. I’ve included a couple of links here to virtual stagers for informational purposes. Why Not Homes did the virtual staging you see here?
