Barbara Corcoran’s take on the Real Estate Market

Barbara Corcoran was on Good Morning America today and offered her take on the current real estate market. All real estate is local and her take on the market this morning was more reflective of what is happening nationally.

Barbara Corcoran is an American entrepreneur, investor, television personality, author, and speaker. She is best known for her role as a “shark” investor on the television show Shark Tank, where entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to a panel of investors, including Corcoran, in hopes of securing an investment deal.

Before becoming a television personality, Corcoran was a successful real estate businesswoman. In 1973, she co-founded The Corcoran Group, a real estate brokerage firm in New York City, which she later sold for $66 million in 2001. Corcoran has since invested in a variety of businesses and has authored several books.
